If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is despatched, please send an email immediately contain your contact detail and order number to info@essentialrain.co.uk or call 01375 891163. Once the goods have been despatched you will need to return them as noted in the above paragraph.
